Develop engineering students into confident project managers from Year 1 through structured project management training, focusing on planning, teamwork, leadership, and execution. Provide optional, hands-on mentorship for selected students to plan, develop, and successfully deliver outstanding final-year engineering projects.
HARA introduces students to three widely used project management approaches: Waterfall (Traditional), Agile, and Hybrid, building a strong foundation in project planning and execution.
Through up to 15 one-hour training sessions, students develop essential skills in project initiation, planning, scheduling, task allocation, teamwork, progress tracking, and successful project completion.
Flexible Training Delivery Options:
Train selected student leaders to manage their project teams, coordinate tasks, track progress, and guide projects to successful completion.
Equip college faculty with practical project management knowledge and training resources to teach, mentor, and guide student project teams.
HARA provides hands-on mentorship to selected final-year engineering project teams, guiding them through the complete project lifecycle — from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
Our mentors help students apply the most suitable project management approach — Waterfall (Traditional), Agile, or Hybrid — based on their project requirements, complexity, and objectives.
We also strengthen students' presentation, communication, and project documentation skills, helping them confidently demonstrate their project outcomes, technical achievements, and real-world applications.
